Global Compact Network Netherlands launches peer-learning groups for participants

To meet participants’ demand for peer-learning, Global Compact Network Netherlands will run two pilot Peer Learning Groups in 2023: one on Climate Action and one on Gender Equality.

The peer learning groups (PLGs) bring together participants with experts to discuss challenges on the topics of Climate Action and Gender Equality. This discussion will allow being effectively engaged, share good practices, and identify concrete actions that companies can execute. The meetings will be highly interactive and participant-driven.

Join this pilot if you want to:

  • Exchange best practices and challenges with peers on themes of your interest in a confidential, constructive and educational environment.
  • Increase your visibility and practices in relevant areas towards peers by participating in the PLG discussions and presentations.
  • Establish yourself as an ambassador within the Global Compact Network Netherlands on your chosen topic, which can lead to speaking opportunities at our events, programmes, and global/regional platforms.

Peer Learning Group format:

  • Minimum 3 companies that want to co-lead the groups and 10 companies that want to participate (detailed information on the role profiles below)
  • Each PLG allows for max. 2 people per company
  • The groups are run in English
