Tiny Forest for Business
Close your eyes and imagine yourself walking through a forest close to your office. Can you hear the birds? Can you feel your heartbeat relax? Good! Good!
- Are you looking for environmental means to engage with your colleagues?
- Are you looking to contribute positively to the local community and biodiversity?
- Are you looking to create an outdoor meeting place for your office and community?
We would like to invite you to the webinar Tiny Forest for Business, on Thursday 15th April: 12:00 – 12:45 CET.
Purpose: Cross-pollination of businesses with Tiny Forests: islands of densely planted native trees and plants, acting as focal points of nature for local communities in urban environments.
We invite you to this webinar, hosted by a team of Young Professionals connected to Global Compact Network Netherlands.
Chief Tree Planning Officer of Dutch nature education NGO IVN, Daan Bleichrodt will be speaking about the popular Tiny Forest sweeping cities around the world, and how you can join the movement to connect to your local community and increase local biodiversity.
Sustainability Manager of UK-based Fever-Tree, Jessica Ainley, will share her experience of planting the very first Tiny Forest in London. As well as the benefits of the Fever-Tree Tiny Forest for the local community, her Fever-Tree colleagues, and the opportunities it creates for the company.
